About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead sustainability outcomes across building and infrastructure projects
- Act as Sustainability Lead and/or Project Manager on Green Star, ISC and other sustainability-focused projects
- Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainability throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical sustainability advice and help clients navigate complex sustainability challenges
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to growth of the sustainability offering
- Mentor and develop team members
- Collaborate with specialists across architecture, engineering, urban planning and environmental services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in sustainable buildings and/or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience as a Sustainability Lead or Project Manager across multiple Green Star and/or ISC projects
- Experience integrating sustainability outcomes from concept design through to practical completion
- Technical expertise in sustainability
- Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills
- Experience mentoring, coaching and supporting the development of others
- Full working rights in Australia
- Green Star or ISC Accredited Professional status preferred, but not essential
- CV no longer than three pages
