Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive, administrative, or business support to senior leaders, directors, or executives in a corporate or professional services environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal English and Thai communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
