About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver technology projects end to end
- Coordinate business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with business, technology, vendor, and delivery stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment on objectives, priorities, scope, requirements, timelines, and delivery outcomes
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes
- Establish and maintain governance, reporting, planning, and delivery controls
- Ensure compliance with organisational frameworks, standards, and approval processes
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation
- Transition solutions to support with clear ownership and documentation
- Adapt delivery practices and governance approaches to each initiative’s needs and complexity
- Support procurement, supplier selection, contracts, or vendor performance where needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or a closely related delivery leadership role
- Proven experience delivering technology platform, digital, and business initiatives in complex environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating delivery across business, technology, vendor, and support teams in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, planning, and delivery leadership skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Experience delivering platform implementations, technology modernisation, digital transformation, upgrades, migrations, integrations, or operational change initiatives
- Practical knowledge of Agile delivery practices and project governance frameworks
- Experience managing scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and delivery reporting
- Ability to work effectively with dispersed technical teams and explain complex delivery matters to business stakeholders
- Experience supporting procurement, supplier selection, contracts, or vendor performance is desirable
- Broad exposure to enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, or digital capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred, or actively being pursued
