About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead digital delivery, BIM and information management strategies across major building and infrastructure projects
- Develop practical project frameworks, execution plans and delivery processes
- Provide digital leadership and governance across multidisciplinary teams
- Establish and manage BIM, information management and coordination requirements
- Drive improvements through digital engineering, automation, data and emerging technologies
- Work directly with clients and project leaders to solve complex delivery challenges
- Mentor and develop Digital Delivery practitioners
- Help grow Aurecon's Digital Delivery capability across South Australia and Victoria
- Influence how major projects are delivered across their lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience across Digital Management, Digital Engineering, BIM or Information Management within engineering, design, construction or infrastructure sectors
- Proven experience leading digital delivery across major multidisciplinary projects in consulting, design, construction or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650, information management principles, BIM governance and Common Data Environments
- Experience developing and implementing Digital Engineering Execution Plans, BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work directly with clients, Project Directors, Design Managers and technical leaders
- Experience leading digital coordination, governance and information management across complex project environments
- Experience with platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, ProjectWise, Aconex or similar
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring and developing Digital Delivery or BIM professionals
- Experience across Defence, healthcare, major buildings, aviation, sports infrastructure or data centres highly regarded
