About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop mechanical building services designs for commercial, healthcare, education, defence, transportation and community infrastructure projects
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders
- Support project delivery from concept through to practical completion
- Contribute innovative and sustainable solutions for clients and communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Defence clearance or ability to obtain defence clearance
- Data centre or health experience
- A degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- At least three years of experience in mechanical building services design
- Experience delivering projects within the built environment sector
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using industry-standard design software such as Revit, IES, CAMEL, or similar (desirable)
- Desire to learn, innovate and continuously develop technical skills
