About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct internal project, process and systems audits across the business
Assess the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare audit findings, reports and recommendations, including non-conformities and corrective actions
Support external audits and quality assurance activities as required
Partner with stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and quality-focused outcomes
Provide quality audit support to Aurecon projects through project engagements
Help strengthen Aurecon’s Quality Management Systems and support continuous improvement across the business
Work closely with the Quality Manager and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand
Assess conformance with internal processes, client requirements and ISO 9001

Requirements

What you’ll need

ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor certification
Strong QMS and quality assurance knowledge, including ISO 9001 requirements
Demonstrated quality assurance experience, including internal audits and project auditing
A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills
Ability to prepare clear reports
Clear communication skills
Positive approach to process improvement
