About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Singapore buildings business as part of a team of specialists delivering infrastructure projects
- Lead project involvement from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning and handover
- Prepare technical specifications, reports and estimates
- Participate in tender preparation and negotiations with clients
- Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes, support work winning and market development
- Provide client consultation using professional expertise and knowledge of Aurecon’s consultancy services
- Contribute to projects across other geographies and markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimally 6-12 years related professional experience in buildings services
- Strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment is advantageous
- Strong interest in innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects
- Pro-active, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proven business development and account management skills
