About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Singapore buildings business as part of a team of highly skilled specialists
- Manage project involvement from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning and handover
- Prepare technical specifications, reports and estimates
- Participate in tender preparation and negotiations with clients
- Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes
- Contribute to work winning and market development

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 6–12 years of related professional experience in building services
- Strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment is advantageous
- Strong interest in innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects
- Ability to work proactively and independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven business development and account management skills
