About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality electrical designs from concept through detailed design and construction support
- Provide technical leadership on multidisciplinary building projects
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
- Develop practical and innovative engineering solutions
- Support and mentor graduate and developing engineers
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and project planning activities
- Work across Defence, Data Centres, Transport, and Aviation sectors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering multidisciplinary building services projects
- Experience with low voltage power systems
- Experience with high voltage systems desirable
- Experience with earthing, bonding and lightning protection
- Experience with standby generation, UPS and mission critical systems
- Experience with lighting and emergency lighting design
- Experience with power distribution and reticulation
- Experience with electrical building services coordination
- Experience in Defence, Data Centres, Aviation, or Transport sectors highly regarded
- Transport for NSW (TAO accreditation advantageous)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Chartered status or working towards Chartership desirable
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
