About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Aurecon's Built Environment business and contribute to building and infrastructure projects
- Produce and review structural calculations, technical drawings, specifications and reports
- Design high-rise and low-rise buildings
- Create design support and analysis models using finite element programs such as STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000 and ETABS
- Collaborate with specialists and professionals from other disciplines
- Apply skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer
- Possess an Associated/Professional Engineer License certified by the Council of Engineers, Thailand or 2nd level of Engineer License is preferred
- At least 5-7 years design experience with a consulting engineering company will be an advantage
- Good English communication skills and computer literate
- Knowledge of structural analysis programs like RAPT, ETABS, SAP 2000 and SAFE would be an advantage
- Design experiences in RC structures, post-tensioned structures, and steel structures relevant to Building/Property business sector are required
- Design experiences in tall building and large-scale projects would be an advantage
- Experience in design of both high-rise and low-rise buildings
- Committed to mastering core engineering and technical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to liaise with professionals from other disciplines
