About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop practical structural solutions and undertake engineering analysis and design for building projects
- Lead packages of work, coordinating technical inputs, priorities and delivery
- Work directly with clients and provide clear, high-quality advice throughout project delivery
- Collaborate with architects, builders and multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
- Contribute to technical excellence and future-focused technology and ways of working
- Support projects across aviation, sports and stadia, transport infrastructure, tertiary, health and defence
- Contribute to BNE32 projects and Olympics-related opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant civil or structural engineering qualification
- Structural engineering experience, ideally in building structures
- Around five years’ relevant experience as a guide, with candidates slightly either side welcomed
- Ability to develop practical structural solutions and work confidently through engineering analysis
- Strong client communication, collaboration, leadership, organisation and time-management skills
- Chartered status is not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively and bring ideas to life
