About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Executive Manager on existing actuarial matters
Liaise with the private pension provider and unions, reviewing their materials and presenting critical analysis of them
Lead the monthly internal meetings with the Executive Board to present matters related to private pensions, including Management Committees, matters for Board deliberation, reports on existing deficits/surpluses, and other relevant topics
Support the department’s day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Contribute to organizing information, workflows, and controls through the use of systems and technology tools
Serve as the focal point for compliance, risk, and internal control matters related to the equity holdings area
Lead financial discussions involving specific consortiums in which Auren holds an indirect interest

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Actuarial Science.
Knowledge of or coursework in systems, process management, and technology tools.
Experience with internal controls and compliance matters.
Organized profile, with the ability to structure information and support process improvement.
