About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day functional operations across geographically dispersed COMSEC work centers
Align priorities, coordinate task assignments, and monitor execution
Identify, track, and coordinate COMSEC equipment and keying material lifecycle requirements
Direct COMSEC account management activities and coordinate logistics support
Maintain accurate inventories, asset accountability, and proper safeguarding
Oversee electronic key delivery and physical handling, storage, and distribution of COMSEC equipment and keying material
Coordinate across work centers and organizations to resolve execution challenges
Escalate unresolved concerns and communicate priorities and status
Serve as a COMSEC subject matter expert and provide technical guidance
Support consistent application of established procedures across the COMSEC enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 8 years of COMSEC operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and a CI polygraph
Experience managing the lifecycle of COMSEC equipment and keying material, including electronic key delivery and physical equipment and key handling
Experience using COMSEC accounting systems, such as DIAS or LCMS, to support inventory control and asset accountability
Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and coordinate on-site and remote work center operations
Ability to communicate technical and operational requirements clearly, resolve problems, and collaborate across organizational boundaries
Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
Successful completion of a background check prior to hire
Passing the export compliance assessment when applicable to export-controlled positions
