About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate supplier sustainability assessments, questionnaires, and follow-up activities
  • Develop communication materials, sustainability guidance documents, webinars, and training sessions for supplier engagement
  • Collect, validate, and maintain supplier sustainability data, including greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy usage, recycled content, water consumption, waste management metrics, certifications, and other ESG indicators
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions data quality, completeness, and accuracy
  • Maintain supplier sustainability databases, records, and reporting documentation
  • Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for internal stakeholders, customer requests, and corporate reporting
  • Support ESG disclosure activities, including EcoVadis, CDP, customer sustainability surveys, and other reporting frameworks
  • Assist Procurement teams in monitoring supplier compliance with Auria’s Supplier Code of Conduct and sustainability expectations
  • Track supplier sustainability performance, identify reporting gaps, and support corrective action follow-up
  • Maintain sustainability documentation for audits, customer inquiries, and compliance reviews
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier sustainability processes, tools, and reporting practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Sustainability, ESG, or related areas within a global manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions accounting and supplier sustainability programs
  • Experience working with large data sets, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel analysis
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
