About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the post-onboarding lifecycle for enterprise-level customers
  • Define long-term customer visions and success roadmaps to sustain ROI
  • Drive deep adoption by embedding the platform in customer culture and standard operating procedures
  • Lead high-impact business reviews, QBRs/CVRs, and executive briefings focused on business outcomes
  • Partner with Retail Partnership Managers and Account Executives to identify department rollouts, growth, and upsell opportunities
  • Analyze complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights on shrink reduction, safety, and operational optimization
  • Develop senior loss prevention stakeholders into customer advocates
  • Represent the customer voice to the Product team and provide feedback shaping the platform
  • Support customers through organizational changes and evolving business processes
  • Report to the Customer Success Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong alignment to Auror’s Guiding Principles
  • Experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management; SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex hierarchies and communicate with senior leaders
  • Ability to transform raw engagement data into narratives about crime reduction and business value
  • Commercial awareness to identify expansion opportunities
  • Ability to drive change without direct authority and coach customers toward new ways of working
  • Proactive monitoring of customer health metrics and early intervention
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a specialised ecosystem
  • Comfortable with regular travel and attending industry events
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship
