About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor financing activity, investment trends, and major energy transactions across global markets
  • Identify opportunities where Aurora has supported investment or financing decisions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate Aurora's bankability tracking activities across regions and technologies
  • Organise and facilitate regular bankability review meetings with Market Leads and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop the bankability reporting framework
  • Support continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools by coordinating business requirements and identifying reporting needs
  • Help ensure data accuracy and usefulness
  • Work with Marketing and Brand teams to communicate Aurora's transaction involvement, market impact, and financing credentials
  • Improve the quality, completeness, and consistency of externally published transaction data
  • Contribute to market-specific bankability and Financial Institutions engagement strategies
  • Drive improvements in processes, governance, and collaboration related to Financial Institutions and Bankability activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams
  • Strong Power BI skills, including maintaining and developing dashboards and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesise information from multiple sources
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in power markets, the energy transition, infrastructure investment, and project finance
  • Fluency in English
  • Entry level or 1–3 years of experience in business operations, market intelligence, reporting, commercial support, research, or a similar role
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and business functions
  • Experience working with reporting processes, dashboards, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with structured datasets and performance reporting is advantageous
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, power markets, and the energy transition
  • Experience supporting reporting, governance, or strategic coordination programmes
  • Exposure to KPI reporting, business intelligence, market intelligence, or performance analysis
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, or management information for senior stakeholders
  • Interest in financial transactions, lending processes, project finance, or energy infrastructure financing
