About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain hands-on experience across Advisory, Research, Commercial, and Software Solutions teams
  • Execute bespoke consulting projects, including energy-asset valuations, bespoke scenario and asset-configuration modelling, and asset-economics forecasting
  • Support energy policy design and evaluation for governments and regulators
  • Conduct desk research and modelling for quarterly power-system market forecasts through 2060
  • Prepare and present timely, in-depth market analysis at mini conferences
  • Lead sales opportunities from initial calls through proposal writing, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Support ongoing client-account management and build client networks across Europe
  • Support new software features and market expansions by gathering client feedback, writing feature requirements, contributing to product roadmaps, and collaborating with development and modelling teams
  • Support client onboarding, training, and workshops; analyse user feedback and usage; and contribute to bespoke software-related projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Final-year Bachelor’s student on track to achieve a first-class or high second-class degree (or equivalent)
  • Final-year Master’s student who holds a first-class or high second-class Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Recent graduate with a first-class or high second-class degree (or equivalent)
  • Available to start in October 2027
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, interpret, and make sense of complex information
  • Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated quantitative ability through academic, extracurricular, or work experience
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Fluency in English at native level or professional proficiency (C1/C2)
  • Additional European language skills valued but not required
  • Must have, or be able to secure and maintain, appropriate right to work in the UK
  • Graduate Analyst roles are usually not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current applicable immigration rules
