About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office-related queries
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
  • Manage office space and infrastructure planning, including office moves and desk/workstation layouts
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Represent Core in the local office and support central processes
  • Triage and refer queries to relevant Core departments
  • Identify and fulfil office supply and equipment needs
  • Cultivate and manage supplier relationships
  • Manage and report on the budget for local office activities and purchasing
  • Provide administrative support to the local office, senior management, and wider Business Infrastructure and Operations team
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, book travel, print materials, and ship packages
  • Define and maintain local office policies in line with company procedures
  • Report to the Head of Business Infrastructure and Operations, EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an international company in an operational role, ideally in a professional services industry
  • Relevant experience across multiple operational disciplines, ideally in project management, finance, consulting, start-ups, or other relevant industry track
  • Attention to detail, excellent coordination, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to draft correspondence and produce well-presented reports, guidance, and instructions
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, multitask, and reprioritise in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to use initiative, forward think, work under pressure, and proactively take on new tasks
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Proven work experience managing an end-to-end office move and refurbishment project
  • Experience with spreadsheets, database management, or financial reporting
  • Knowledge of local employment law and practices
