About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead employee experience initiatives that improve meaningful work, engagement and wellbeing
- Use human-centred design approaches to uncover employee needs and create practical, impactful solutions
- Partner with leaders, People & Culture teams and stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Champion and evolve Lifeblood’s Employee Experience design framework
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve experiences
- Coach and influence others to build employee experience capability across the organisation
- Lead projects that enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in employee experience, service design, organisational development, People & Culture or a related discipline
- People leadership skills and passion to lead the Employee Experience design function
- Proven experience designing human-centred experiences and solving people problems
- Ability to translate insights into action and make sense of complexity
- Strong project leadership skills and ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with discovery and design processes, including the double diamond framework, Miro and journey mapping
- Confidence facilitating workshops, conversations and co-design activities
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Coaching mindset and passion for improving experience-design capability
- Curiosity, empathy and desire to design better work experiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively and participate as an extended People & Culture leadership team member
