About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a product domain aligned with business KPIs and drive product strategy and roadmap
Lead product discovery, scoping, requirements definition, planning, testing, go-to-market execution, and post-launch optimization
Project return on investment of new features against business KPIs and measure post-implementation performance
Build intuitive workflows empowering multidisciplinary clinical teams delivering care to complex populations
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to reduce clinician administrative burden and improve care quality
Gather end-user feedback, analyze operational metrics, identify opportunities, and drive feature adoption
Connect clinical operations, software engineering, data, finance, and other business stakeholders
Translate complex healthcare and technical requirements into cohesive product solutions
Lead technical and product alignment with third-party vendors, enterprise partners, and health plan clients
Manage contractor support in the design function as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience in tech-enabled healthcare companies or healthcare technology startups
Direct experience building tech-enabled care delivery models and feature development for patients, providers and clinical staff
Proven experience leading product initiatives across the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization
Strong experience managing agile product development cycles in close partnership with software engineering pods
Demonstrated capability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be located in the continental United States for the duration of employment
Ability to travel for quarterly onsite and team planning meetings
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage, value-based care, quality metrics (HEDIS, STARS), and risk-bearing entity operations preferred
Hands-on experience working with AI tooling and building AI-enabled product features preferred
Background working in early- to mid-stage healthcare startups preferred
Ability to sit for extended periods in front of a computer screen
Ability to lift up to ten pounds
