About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work warm leads consisting of motivated English- and Spanish-speaking customers who have reached out to save money on their auto loan
Explain auto loan refinance options
Connect customers with lending partners
Offer add-on protection products such as GAP and warranty coverage
Collect documentation needed to fund loans
Clearly explain the financial benefits of refinancing
Guide customers through the process and close deals in their preferred language
Follow a structured process, call script, and checklist
Participate in a 60-day hands-on training program
Work Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CT; evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
2+ years of experience in a sales-based and/or metrics-driven work environment
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to be on the phone 5+ hours daily
Ability to follow process and execute a call script and checklist
Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred
Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred
High attention to detail
Ability to learn, adapt, and be coachable
Basic computer skills with the ability to manage a dual-monitor setup across multiple systems
Legally authorized to work in the United States
