About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and refine the Auto Detect/Portal squad backlog in Jira, ensuring at least two sprints’ worth of stories are ready ahead of development;
- Translate business rules and regulatory requirements—including the credit system, dossier sections, cache policies, and LGPD data minimization during ingestion—into user stories with testable acceptance criteria;
- Lead agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospectives) and remove functional impediments for the squad;
- Serve as the functional liaison with data provider integrations, covering payloads, API contracts, error handling, and fallbacks, while documenting decisions in Confluence;
- Validate and accept deliverables, including verifying compliance with privacy criteria defined in collaboration with the DPO and Legal team;
- Maintain traceability across epics, sub-epics, and stories, reporting progress, risks, and deviations to the Product Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Proficiency with G Suite;
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a project-based environment;
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, and/or Miro;
- Knowledge of Kanban and/or Scrum;
- Strong understanding of the broader product landscape.
