Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Innovation team, comprising four developers
Rapidly design new technical solutions
Experiment with emerging technologies
Support the Product and Data teams with their needs
Develop tools, services, and prototypes
Develop backend tools for internal teams
Automate processes and simplify recurring tasks
Design and develop APIs and services
Integrate artificial intelligence models (LLMs, agents) into internal applications and tools
Create Proofs of Concept to validate ideas, address customer needs, or test new technologies
Build test scenarios to ensure the quality and reliability of developments
Monitor technological developments and propose new solutions
Collaborate with the Product and Data teams on a variety of challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for software development and solving a wide range of technical challenges
Curiosity, autonomy, and pragmatism
Experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day development work
Interest in emerging technologies and practical solutions developed in short cycles
Ability to work on cross-functional projects and understand business challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt communication to non-technical audiences
Strong proficiency in Python
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Backend development skills
Software design skills
Proficiency with REST APIs
Knowledge of generative AI tools (LLMs, AI APIs, agents, MCP, etc.)
Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies
Fluent English
