About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers and resolve issues via email and chat
- Understand each customer’s needs and explain how they can achieve greater success with the system
- Classify and route more complex technical support requests
- Ensure high-quality support within the estimated response and resolution times
- Work at a technology company that provides a management system for the used automotive market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written communication skills, due to daily interaction with customers
- Experience working with customers
- Strong ability to manage schedules and time effectively

- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Availability for hybrid work in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil
