About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall accountability for the whole project from start to end
Ensure Autoliv processes and standards are applied and executed within the project scope
Report project progress to Review Boards and, where applicable, Change Boards
Provide positive and negative feedback to the team and management
Escalate major project deviations according to the escalation model
Identify opportunities to increase quality and reduce cost and time
Focus on increasing customer value and satisfaction
Maintain customer communication and deliver information within agreed timelines
Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and achieve milestones on time
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks
Serve as a cross-functional leader
Manage allocated resources
Set up and maintain project meetings
Plan, forecast, monitor, and control project budgets and product costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good English skills
Basic presentation skills
Team player
Ability to create a good internal and external customer network
Continuous improvement mindset
Very good communication and listening skills
Experience and proficiency in prioritization
Self-driven and autonomous; able to act autonomously under direction
Ability and willingness to support colleagues' tasks
German and/or French skills useful
