About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server solutions
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Apps integrations
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance concerns
- Manage permissions, security settings, and governance standards
- Create documentation, user guides, and technical specifications
- Support migrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Teams integration
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering enterprise collaboration solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint administration
- Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization
