About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Supply Chain Management stakeholders to identify digitalization, automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities
- Analyze processes, pain points, data needs, and system dependencies
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts
- Assess solution options, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Define and document system integrations, APIs, data flows, data requirements, and application interactions
- Support scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
- Apply AI, automation, and modern digital tools to improve SCM solution analysis, design, validation, and delivery
- Define data, reporting, analytics, KPI, and data-quality requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, data teams, and application owners throughout the solution lifecycle
- Support backlog refinement, Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, solution validation, and release readiness
- Contribute to issue and root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of existing SCM digital solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and enterprise applications
- Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, reporting, and application architecture
- Ability to translate business challenges into clear, developer-ready functional and technical requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and architects
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform, or similar technologies
- Ability to create mockups, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
- Self-driven and curious, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to real business problems
