About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle personnel administration routines, processing onboarding, offboarding, vacations, employee record changes, electronic timekeeping, and time banks
  • Provide administrative support in administration, accounting, human resources, and general services, assisting internal and external clients
  • Enter payment slips, invoices, taxes, and fees; review invoices and fulfill ancillary tax and regulatory obligations
  • Manage changes to health insurance plans, meal and transportation voucher requests, travel insurance, and various documents
  • Process and record personnel changes and control FIP time entries
  • Arrange the opening and closing of contract accounts and subaccounts
  • Monitor union assistance fees and follow up on collective bargaining agreements
  • Conduct onboarding training and training on time allocation (FIP)
  • Close payroll and control payroll-related charges
  • Manage vacation, time banks, benefits, internship agreements, and contractor agreements
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and FGTS, SEFIP, RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, and eSocial obligations
  • Update eSocial with onboarding, offboarding, PPP, CAT, and medical certificate data
  • Prepare Payroll/HR reports and documentation for contractor onboarding
  • Collect documents for permanent archiving and keep folders organized on the server

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma with relevant work experience and/or currently pursuing a degree in Administration or Human Resources
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Sólides is a plus
  • Energetic, proactive, organized, enthusiastic, highly execution-oriented, and committed
  • Strong self-management and communication skills
  • Relevant experience, where applicable to the high school diploma pathway
  • Availability for a hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home
