About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop an organizational change management playbook covering stakeholder mapping, persona-based journeys, key message development, channel selection, and adoption measurement
Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness Lead on leadership engagement for people leaders and the executive management team
Develop and execute the global internal communications strategy
Shape leadership narrative, channel framework, communications calendar, and communication cadence
Assess and improve internal communication channels to support employees through change and strengthen engagement
Maintain internal communication guidelines and templates
Coordinate all-employee town halls, including messages, narrative, agenda planning, speaker coordination, follow-up communications, and sentiment
Manage the internal communications calendar and pipeline
Support engagement initiatives, campaigns, events, recognition activities, culture-building programs, and communications around key employee-experience moments
Gather employee feedback and monitor channel usage to evaluate understanding and adoption of change
Recommend improvements to communication and engagement activities
Support the HR transformation change and communications plan, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Part-time, 25 hours per week
Genuine interest in organizational change and how communication, engagement, and leadership support adoption of change
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to turn complex or detailed information into clear, concise, and engaging employee communications
Proven experience in change management, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement
Digital confidence and ability to assess and optimize digital channels
Good stakeholder management skills
Strong coordination skills and ability to organize town halls and manage multiple activities to deadlines
Credibility and confidence to advise, coach, and upskill senior leaders
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within a 25-hour-per-week schedule
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential internal information
Familiarity with a recognized change methodology
Experience with internal communications, including channel management, content management, collaboration, or employee communication platforms
Relevant education or experience in change management, communications, journalism, marketing, HR, organizational communication, or a related field
Strong English communication skills
