About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the company's governance framework, including board and committee matters, company secretariat responsibilities, and corporate legal affairs
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise business leaders on legal, commercial, and operational matters across multiple functions and jurisdictions
- Partner with colleagues across commercial, technology, product, finance, HR, and operations
- Influence strategic decisions across multiple functions and jurisdictions
- Participate in executive management discussions, corporate governance matters, complex contract negotiations, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Law degree
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in a combination of private practice and in-house environments
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and navigating complex legal matters
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with legal AI tools is an advantage
