About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Further develop assessment and development centers, leadership audits, the competency model, and the career framework
  • Implement company-wide people and organizational development solutions, from initial concept through sustainable integration
  • Enhance existing learning formats and introduce new learning concepts
  • Advise executives and managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree, for example in (business) psychology, social sciences, or business administration with a focus on people development, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in people development, human resources development, or organizational development
  • Strong foundation in assessment and diagnostics, with practical experience in assessments, ideally assessment centers or leadership audits
  • Experience with competency models or career frameworks
  • Experience successfully implementing cross-functional initiatives
  • Clear communication, confident advisory skills, and excellent understanding of people and organizations
  • Excellent German and English language skills, at least C1 level in both
