About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, preferably PHP
- Experience with MySQL databases
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven or service-oriented architectures is a plus
- Knowledge of PHPUnit or Cypress
- Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
- Proficient in Git
- Interest in financial systems and processes
- FinTech development experience is a plus
- Strong focus on building solutions that deliver measurable value for users and business outcomes
- Strong communication skills in English
- German is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a supportive engineering culture
