About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop projects and client relationships while contributing to challenging digital transformation initiatives
- Take responsibility for the technical planning, management, and active delivery of challenging data platform and analytics projects
- Organize requirements-gathering and technical design workshops
- Develop solutions together with clients and the team that deliver measurable value
- Develop concepts and solutions as the foundation for project success

- Support sales colleagues in acquiring new clients and projects
- Share knowledge and project experience with the team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep understanding of business processes within organizations
- Several years of experience as an architect in the field of data platforms and analytics projects
- Practical experience leading agile projects and international teams
- Experience planning and delivering pre-sales activities, client workshops, and training sessions
- Several years of experience designing and building modern analytics solutions and data platforms
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and relevant PaaS and SaaS services
- Understanding of data modeling, layered architectures, and data lake concepts
- Solid knowledge of integrating common systems, such as Dynamics 365, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, and relational databases
- Practical experience in data analysis and applying data science methodologies
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including visualization, DAX, and data integration
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex topics
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner when interacting with clients
- Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, at least B2/C1 level
