About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct client interviews to gather and analyze requirements
- Advise on ERP implementation based on your area of expertise and business knowledge
- Identify the ERP functionalities to be implemented and any potential gaps
- Design and document the solution’s functional specifications
- Train end users
- Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Support clients throughout their projects
- Participate in the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of the key features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Expertise in the following functional areas: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of functional and technical professionals
- Experience delivering large-scale projects for a diverse range of clients
- Fluency in English and French
- Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to work effectively as part of an international team
- Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing
- Commitment to placing quality and client needs at the heart of your priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
