About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design solutions that reconcile stated requirements, proposed workarounds, and added value
- Define the optimal implementation approach while considering timeline and budget constraints, and assessing the competitive landscape
- Estimate workloads and define the required project team
- Draft the solution and project approach sections of Avanade’s proposal
- Prepare and lead demonstration sessions
- Contribute to contract negotiations on operational matters
- Support the proposal with client teams and persuade decision-makers
- Lead scoping engagements and participate in project analysis phases
- Lead and motivate the proposal team
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 10 years of experience across multiple end-to-end implementation projects
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform is preferred
- Experience in presales activities
- Proficiency in various ERP project implementation approaches
- Natural leadership skills to lead and motivate a proposal team
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
- Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills
