About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design solutions that reconcile stated requirements, workaround proposals, and added value.
- Define the best implementation approach while taking scheduling and budget constraints into account and assessing the competitive landscape.
- Estimate the workload and define the required project team.
- Write the solution and project approach sections of Avanade’s proposals.
- Prepare and lead demonstration sessions.
- Contribute to contract negotiations on operational matters.
- Support the proposal with client teams and persuade decision-makers.
- Lead scoping engagements and participate in project analysis phases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 10 years of experience across multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
- Experience in pre-sales activities.
- Proficiency in different approaches to ERP project implementation.
- Natural leadership skills to lead and motivate a proposal team.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
- Proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication skills.
