About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on ERP and transformation initiatives
- Lead workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders and decision-makers
- Take responsibility for solution architecture within Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
- Ensure solutions support business needs and long-term objectives
- Provide expertise in process improvement, change management, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and functional consultants on international projects
- Contribute to service offering development, pre-sales activities, and business development
- Work on transformation programs in finance, supply chain, and business management
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and other business systems
- Support process improvement and digitalization for international organizations
- Develop AI-driven and data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations and transformation projects
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain
- Ability to translate business needs into sustainable solution designs
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and developing solution designs
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are advantageous
- Program management or transformation management experience is advantageous
- Consultative, collaborative, and skilled at building long-term relationships
- Resilient, adaptable, and flexible in changing environments
- Curious and passionate about technology and people
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers
- Collaborative and generous in sharing knowledge
