Key responsibilities & impact

Operationalize the capability’s strategy and establish priorities, partnerships, and execution discipline
Build a network of internal partners to create awareness, alignment, and sustained demand
Use seller, client, and delivery feedback to refine the capability
Lead opportunity qualification by translating client needs into service configuration, scope, delivery approach, and commercial proposition
Partner with technical architects to validate architecture, estimates, assumptions, and feasibility
Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate data challenges into practical solutions and roadmaps
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for executives, sellers, architects, and engineering teams
Maintain continuity from opportunity shaping through delivery while aligning client expectations, contractual commitments, and capability standards
Build, position, sell, and scale an enterprise data and analytics capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in consulting, technical architecture, or capability development across enterprise data, analytics, cloud, or related technology services
Strong client advisory skills and ability to connect technical investments to business outcomes
Experience in business development, pre-sales, opportunity qualification, solution shaping, or proposal development
Broad knowledge of enterprise data architecture, engineering, analytics, governance, and cloud platforms
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks
Ability to discuss solution options, tradeoffs, delivery implications, and effort drivers with clients and technical teams
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and turn emerging ideas and client demand into repeatable business opportunities
