About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead or co-lead client engagements focused on data protection and data governance
- Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions, including sensitivity labeling, advanced DLP policies and integrations, Purview DSPM, and data lifecycle or retention controls
- Perform threat mapping and gap analysis across structured, unstructured, cloud, and on-premises data
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions to translate requirements into scalable, secure Microsoft-based solutions
- Own solution design decisions, configuration, and technical documentation
- Provide technical mentorship to Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Lead workstreams or small teams
- Contribute to estimations, delivery planning, and risk management
- Support solutioning efforts, proposals, and internal capability development
- Build awareness and controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience delivering security or compliance solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment
- Experience leading workstreams or small teams on client projects
- Microsoft security-related certifications strongly preferred, including SC-401, SC-300, SC-200, AZ-500, MS-102, or SC-100
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future employer sponsorship
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability Status (Reliability Clearance)
- Willing to travel as required to support client engagements across Canada
- Comfortable working in remote and client-facing environments
