About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts on Dynamics 365 projects
- Drive the collection of business requirements and ensure they are clearly understood
- Oversee functional design and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Define and monitor priorities in line with project objectives and client expectations
- Serve as the interface between business, functional, and technical teams
- Contribute to solution decisions and challenge requirements to maximize delivered value
- Contribute to overall delivery management, including planning, risk, and quality
- Support testing, deployment, and change management activities
- Contribute to client relationships and project governance meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience leading a team or coordinating functional activities
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics), Manufacturing, or Project Accounting
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects
- Ability to work effectively in complex, international environments
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to bring people together
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
