About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead finance transformation initiatives
- Design future-state finance solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance
- Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders
- Define finance operating models and target processes
- Support global ERP implementations and rollouts
- Act as a strategic adviser to finance leadership teams
- Drive innovation through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and business leaders to solve complex challenges
- Create meaningful and measurable outcomes for client organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience with Dynamics 365
- In-depth understanding of Financial Management processes
- Previous experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Previous experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financing
- Previous experience with international ERP or transformation programs
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Understanding of both finance and technology
- Comfort with advisory and leadership roles
- Motivation to build trusted client relationships
- Curiosity about the future of finance, AI, and business transformation
