About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the identification and prioritization of business cases based on impact and feasibility
- Design and execute Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies aligned with business transformation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in AI use case engineering and workshop facilitation
- Ability to map KPIs and develop executive value narratives
- Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows
- Experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as M365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score
- Knowledge of AI security and responsible AI use, including the development of guidelines and playbooks
- Promote Microsoft's responsible AI principles
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management
- Track record in Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci
