About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients in adopting and implementing AI-assisted development solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize workflows using GitHub Copilot and development agents.
  • Assess development environments and identify opportunities to improve productivity and software quality.
  • Deliver training, workshops, coaching, and knowledge-transfer initiatives for technical teams.
  • Define and promote best practices for context engineering, security, governance, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and technology leaders to build modern, scalable solutions.
  • Implement mechanisms to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of AI solutions.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, operational guides, and reusable standards to ensure the continuity of implemented practices.
  • Contribute to engineering modernization, DevSecOps, and development process automation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows (Agentic Workflows).
  • Ability to quickly understand complex and unfamiliar codebases.
  • Experience delivering short-term projects that generate rapid value for clients.
  • Experience interacting directly with clients and technical stakeholders.
  • Git and GitHub.
  • Pull Request (PR) workflows and collaboration on GitHub.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • GitHub Copilot.
  • GitHub Actions.
  • Advanced English proficiency for working in a global context.
  • DevSecOps in enterprise environments.
  • Context Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Security, governance, and adoption metrics for AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing workflows with GitHub Copilot, beyond using basic autocomplete and chat features.
  • Preferred: Experience with Copilot Coding Agent.
  • Preferred: Experience with advanced GitHub Copilot features and AI-assisted development.
