About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and configure APIs and policies in Azure API Management (APIM) in accordance with established standards
- Use available accelerators to optimize API conversion and migration
- Perform functional and regression testing, comparing payloads across environments
- Support deployment activities during scheduled release windows
- Monitor and track APIs during periods of parallel operation across environments
- Make adjustments and fixes identified during validation and stabilization processes
- Document migrated APIs and implemented configurations
- Build and migrate APIs using Azure API Management in alignment with architecture and security standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in backend development, preferably with Spring Boot
- Experience with integration through REST APIs
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Basic knowledge of Azure API Management, including API publishing, policies, and subscriptions
- Familiarity with Git
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of API security, including OAuth 2.0, certificates, and mTLS
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence in São Paulo three days per week
- Preferred: Previous experience with Apigee
- Preferred: Knowledge of Open Finance and Open Insurance
- Preferred: Experience with automated testing
- Preferred: Knowledge of payload comparison tools
- Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprints and PI Planning
