About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a technical authority in Swift and SwiftUI, supporting architectural decisions and promoting coding best practices
  • Design and evolve modern architectures (MVVM/MVP) with a focus on modularization, performance, and scalability
  • Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers, supporting the team’s technical growth
  • Lead automated testing practices (unit, UI, and integration testing), ensuring continuous quality
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
  • Partner with UX and Product teams to influence digital journeys and user experiences
  • Actively participate in the full application lifecycle, including App Store releases and production optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in iOS development
  • Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs and SDKs
  • Strong experience defining architectures and implementing modularization
  • Proven experience with automated testing and performance optimization
  • Technical leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on team development
