About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a small project team delivering Modern Workplace solution migrations, particularly migrations to and from the M365 platform
- Work with the team to ensure successful project delivery
- Take responsibility for project tasks
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Use automation and tooling to assist with migration
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and supporting tools and products
- Deliver tailored modern IT solutions for clients across multiple industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in migration to and from the M365 Platform, involving projects with 1000+ users
- Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Quest and ShareGate
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Deep knowledge of M365 technologies, including Exchange, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and onboarding activities
- Knowledge of Entra ID and identity
- Ability to collaborate effectively and embrace continuous learning
