About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve security architectures for enterprise environments and cloud solutions
- Serve as a technical authority for generative AI and Agentic AI governance initiatives
- Assess security risks related to applications, platforms, data, and AI agents
- Define controls and guardrails for the secure use of AI solutions, automation, and intelligent agents
- Design strategies to protect identities, access, and sensitive data
- Support the implementation of security controls, continuous monitoring, and threat detection
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, audit, and corporate governance requirements
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams to define secure solutions
- Lead architecture assessments, technical reviews, and risk analyses
- Support Insider Risk Management, information protection, and compliance initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Information Security Architecture or Cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, and authorization
- Experience with data protection, information classification, encryption, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, auditing, and security governance
- Experience defining enterprise security standards, policies, and controls
- Knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response
- Experience with security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust
- Experience in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Advanced English proficiency for working in a global environment
- Experience with governance and security for Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions (a plus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel (a plus)
- Experience with Insider Risk Management and Data Governance (a plus)
- Experience in regulated environments and compliance audits (a plus)
- Knowledge of application security, DevSecOps, and the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) (a plus)
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures and Privileged Access Management (PAM) (a plus)
