About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead critical and complex projects and programmes with full delivery accountability.
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to achieve delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality benchmarks, and deal economics.
- Manage project and programme risks, make critical adjustments, and obtain senior management buy-in.
- Drive development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans.
- Maintain traceability of project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide strategic direction for change management activities and support client change enablement.
- Seek growth opportunities for accounts, clients, teams, and employees.
- Mentor and develop team members and oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Communicate with clients at all levels, including executives, across different cultures and first languages.
- Act as escalation point for delivery issues and course-correct troublesome projects.
- Ensure consistent programme governance and contribute to steering meetings and project progress updates.
- Manage client and team expectations.
- Review solutions, contracts, deliverables, work products, and staffing proposals during the sales process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Specific experience implementing Dynamics 365 (CE or ERP) for Enterprise level clients.
- Extensive understanding of contract terms and interpretation.
- Excellent customer expectations management skills.
- Proven experience employing key Project/Program Management disciplines, including effective estimation, work planning, and scope management.
- Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting.
- Strong people management abilities, including team leadership and mentorship.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PgM certification is advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field is advantageous but not required.
- Very strong project management experience in an IT and consulting environment, particularly for global external clients.
- Strong direct people management experience for on and offshore resources.
