About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical reference for Quality Assurance practices, with a focus on automation and continuous quality
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright, ensuring consistent end-to-end (E2E) test coverage
Execute API tests using Postman, including functional, regression, and automated validations
Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable feedback
Collaborate with development and product teams to define acceptance criteria and testing strategies
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes
Propose improvements to QA frameworks, tools, and approaches, promoting efficiency and standardization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Playwright for UI and E2E test automation
Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript applied to test automation
Experience building and maintaining test frameworks, including patterns such as the Page Object Model (POM)
Hands-on experience with Postman, including collections, automation, mocks, and validations
Advanced or fluent English for working in a global environment
Knowledge of REST API testing and system integrations
Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, builds, and releases
Knowledge of code version control using Git
Experience with functional, non-functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban
Preferred: experience with performance testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Preferred: knowledge of cloud computing, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
Preferred: experience with Cypress and Selenium
Preferred: experience with QAOps and shift-left practices
Preferred: ISTQB or equivalent certification
