About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the development of software engineering solutions by configuring systems and applying expertise to support clients and projects
  • Lead and review work across all phases of Avanade projects, from planning through testing
  • Define technical and operational requirements
  • Write technical specifications
  • Provide solutions to client issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and delivery
  • Develop and configure end-to-end software systems
  • Apply knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools
  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug systems and applications
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on development projects
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design
  • Support clients and organizations with customized solutions
  • Document and test new systems and applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of enterprise management software, such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Basic understanding of relational database concepts
  • Ability to connect with clients and lead teams to achieve objectives
  • Excellent client management skills and ability to develop action plans
